East Metro Telecare is not appropriate for emergencies or high-risk conditions. If you have severe or worsening symptoms, seek in-person urgent care or emergency services immediately.

Important Limitations
Submission-based telecare does not include a physical exam. Recommendations are based on the information you provide and any images submitted. Some conditions require in-person evaluation or testing. If symptoms worsen, you should seek in-person care.
No Guaranteed Prescriptions
Treatment recommendations are determined solely by the reviewing medical provider based on clinical judgment. Prescriptions are not guaranteed and are issued only when medically appropriate. East Metro Telecare does not prescribe controlled substances.
